Where can I buy your products?

All of our products are available online on our website. You can also check out the dealers page for a list of shops that sell our products.

How does your online shop work?

To order online, you need to be member of the Ambition Snowskates community by creating an account on our forum. Once this is done, you can simply add items to your online cart by selecting the products on our products page. When you are ready to order, simply follow the simple steps from your online cart.

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept credit cart payments (Visa, MasterCart, Discover, Amex) and E-Checks from users that already have a PayPal account.

I don't have a credit card or Paypal account, can I still order online?

In this particular case, please e-mail us (see below for instructions to get in touch with us) to discuss the eventualities.

The online shop doesn't work, what can I do?

Make sure you are logged in onto our forum before trying to add products to your cart. It is also possible that your web browser doesn't fully support our website's features. You can simply update your browser by downloading the latest version on its website. If problems persist, simply e-mail it to info@ambitionsnowskates.com. We will then contact you back with payment methods and final price.

I do not live in Canada or Unites-States, can I still order from your website?

Yes you can! Simply fill in this order form and mail it too info@ambitionsnowskates.com. We will then contact you back with payment methods and final price.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping depends on where you live. For Canadian customers, shipping should take around 5-10 business days. For American customers, shipping should take around 9-14 business days. These are just guidelines, we are not responsible for shipping delays you may encounter.

What is your privacy policy?

Ambition Snowskates will not give away any of the information you provide us as it will only be used to proceed your order. As payments are done through Paypal, read their privacy policy for more information.

What are your returns/exchanges policy?

Refunds may be issued in particular situations. Please contact info@ambitionsnowskates.com with your request.

What about a warranty?

If you purchased your product from our online shop: We offer a one year guaranty against manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear. Please send us an e-mail at info@ambitionsnowskates.com with your name, full address, phone number and product defect (along with some pictures). If your defect is covered by our warranty, we will ship you another one free. Please note that this procedure during the busy season may take up to a month.

If you purchased your product from a retailer, you can try to bring it back and they may or may not replace it.

How can I get sponsored by Ambition Snowskates?

If you really think you've got what it takes, send us a resume, pictures and videos by mail (NOT by e-mail). We will then review your video and e-mail you back if we are interested in sponsoring you. Do not send your sponsor videos by e-mail or they will get deleted before being viewed!

Will you post my videos or pictures in the media section?

We have a special Friends category in the media section. We're always interested in adding user-submitted material but we're very selective and we like exclusivity. To send a video file (.mov, .wmv, .avi, but no .mp4), first upload it online (ex. with YouSendIt) and then send the link over to info@ambitionsnowskates.com. Pictures may simply be attached to an e-mail. We will then review your submission.

I am organizing a snowskating event, can Ambition Snowskates sponsor my event?

Please send us all the information about your event by e-mail to info@ambitionsnowskates.com as soon as possible so we can look into sponsorship. We need to know where it will happen, when it will happen, who are the other sponsors, has their ever been other editions of this event, who are the sponsors of your event, how you will represent our company, etc.
