E-mails + Winter Carnival
We've been working all week on the Ambition snowskate park for Sherbrooke's Winter Carnival which has been opened since friday. Kickers, pyramids, boxes, quarterpipes; name it we've got it. This 4 hit course is by far the best and most fun setup we've ever built for an event, thanks to Illusion Sports and the city of Sherbrooke. For those of you who are close you can still join the fun tomorrow, there are still lots of prizes to be won and free boards to try. As off now we've had up to 60 snowskaters ripping the park simultaneously and lots of sick tricks thrown down. All in all kids are digging it and everyone coming to skate is an awesome proof of how much the local scene has grown in the past years.

Phil Bjorn and Alan in Vermont
Bjorn, Alan, and Phil rolled thru Vermont on Tuesday. We saw this river down by home boy stefani's house. It done frosted over and we said hell yeah lets hit this.
Nick and Dave visit Sherbrooke
Although it was a short and very warm trip, Nick and Dave definitely made the most of it. Both Ambition team riders traveled north to snowskate with COSD in Sherbrooke to stack some clips for our upcoming full-length video. Here are a couple of Dave ripping the famous ledge spot in downtown Sherby. Enjoy!
Optimist Demo 2011 Recap
Held for the third time, the Optimist demo in Sherbrooke, Quebec was once again a success. The local scene has been very rapidly growing as any skaters showed up with snowskates already in hand. The setup was simple yet fun as always, and conditions were better this year as the sun was out and mother nature gave us warm temperature. Thanks to the Rock Forest Optimist Club and Illusion Boardshop for their collaboration. Enjoy a few flicks taken throughout the day!
