Hey if I'm about 6"5 do you think getting the bigger size is really needed or would I do fine with the regular size? My board right now is just the 33 or whatever and its fine but idk if a bigger board would really help because ive never tried it before...also does anyone know when the new boards this year will be at cal-surf in MN?

I tend to say board size doesn't have anything to do with your height etc. More a matter of overall preference and type of riding.

im 6'2 and i ride a full size premier (36'). i do mostly technical tricks and sometimes big stuff. the board size doesnt matter unless its hard for a rider to adapt.

I think 33 is definately the perfect size but if not 32 would be my second choice.

The 2012 Team boards are reported as 33 inches long, although my green Team board seems to be couple of inches longer than my old 33 inch Premier Collage. Is this is a mistake or did my board come from different mold?

Premier, Icon and Ambition all measure the boards the same way. From tip to tip, not following the curve. And Premier has never manufactured wooden snowskates under 33'', so I'm pretty sure they are the exact same. Do you still have it? Maybe half an inch maximum I'd say. We used to make 34'' boards but we liked the Premier lenght better so we made them 33'' which is pretty standard now.

Actually the board seems to measure around 34 inches from tip to tip, the Premier an inch shorter. Not as big difference as it seemed.
