I chipped a prrobabaly 3''x3'' piece of the plastic base off my Gerlach snowskate at the tail. Should I glue it back on or what... Any ideas?

DONT GORRILA GLUE IT. Gorrila Glue is an expanding water based glue and will only make your board a complete mess. Use a 2 part epoxy that you can get at any home depot.
