Wooden Premier

I just got an old wooden premeir snowskate.. i didnt kno they made wooden ones. i got a few plastic ones but it thought this was an ambition..
any one used one of these? i just did a kickflip in the kids drive way seemed pretty nice
need to glue the ends of grip down and the bottom shits peeling in one spot too but other then that its pretty nice

You've got yourself a classic.

It's a 2004 Premier John Cardiel fullsize. The wood/lamination used seems to be the best Premier had - things went downhill from '04. Enjoy it and hope it doesn't break on you. Xtreme grip is essential with these so you might want to consider some.

Yeah theres one little spot on the tail thats delaminating youd say but not bad, i glued it and got it clamped up right now. Cant beat $40 tho.
Yut prob gonna get some extream grip soon havent rode it yet tomorow will be the first day

Are you seriously thinking of riding that thing? Its a museum piece!

But jokes aside... you should hang that thing up some were, it would be a shame if it broke
Just put screws in your premier, it will hold up much better - hock. Łøł

i have two plastic premiers a marrow with a ski and a burton approach too

Sooo I glued the grip back down on the ends, and glued and clamped the plies together were they were coming apart. Then treated the wood with water reppleat sealer, sanded the bottom and a good wax job... Better then new id say

How much better would riding a Ambition then this thing? THinking bout getting one kuz 36.5 is just to long haha I still like my Burton Approach. Might wait for next season haven't got much snow thing year..
