This year I was skating a gap and there was zero snow on the runway and landing. To fix this I went to neighboring driveways (which was in the hood I may add) and shoveled snow from there to the spot. It took about 45 minutes to set the spot up because we had to light it up as well and even after we were finished setting it up the landing was ripples of hard ice and the run way had a very thin layer of snow. I decided to skate it anyways and couldn't even land an ollie because of the poor conditions, I decided to try to three flip it anyways and the first one I committed too I landed bolts. It actually ended up being one of my favorite three flips to date, so desperation can end up being a good thing!
