export settingss?

I am using adobe premiere pro cs3...and was wondering what is the best export settings for the best quality video for uploading to vimeo?

i dont know if you could just take a screen shot of it? or just type it in if your nice enough.

And, since i am using a mini dvd camcorder,I just use a dvd ripper i downloaded. when i rip the disc to my computer..should i just rip it as h.264? because ive been using avi...would it make a quality difference?

as for importing your footy from the dvd thing do avi becasue its better quality than h.264

and for vimeo just export the highest quality within reason because vimeo will compress it quite a bit. but i dont know anything about premeire so i cant help you there.
