So here's a list of locations along with the shipping delays, just to get these questions answered before they're even asked!

Quebec/Ontario: 2-3 business days
Rest of Canada: 3-5 business days (depending on how close you are to Quebec)
US: 7-9 business days
Alaska: 13 business days

Yes, these are approximations, and naming your state won't give any more exact shipping delay simply because we have no control over customs, which sometimes may take 1 to 3 days. For this reason, I say stick to the above grid and hope for the best! I have no better answer to give.
