Trouble with KickFlip

Im having trouble with my kickflip. I ollie and kick, and the board flips but it kicks out in front of me and i can't land it. Now i understand it's hard 2 tell me wat's wrong because u habvn't seen me try a kickflip but try ur best i really want 2 land one :D .

I would suggest flicking more to the side, and use your ankle in a rolling motion to iniate the flip.

ok thx that helped i tried it. Now i didn't land it but I had much more control and it fixed my flyinh foward problem thx

leaning forward could help too. But like alex said, change where your kicking and just find somehwhere comfortable and where you will get a consistent flip

also, i was told the back should kick up and meet ur back foot but it doesn't?..

Hey thanks for the 2 ppl that posted a reply :D I uploaded a video on youtube of me attempting a kickflip and I've been told how to do it all :D Thx your input helped a lot too :D

ok dude believe me i had the same problem but now i can do doubles=] INSTEAD OF ROLLING UR ANKLE AND FLINKING JUST PUSH DOWN AT THE CORNER OF THE CONCAVE.

same thing happened to me when i first started and all i did was flick a little bit higher on the board so it dosent have such an outward kind of mothion and yeah i would lean over the board a little bit more
ambitions go as fast uphill as they do down
