How long... I'd say 5 days.
How much... You'd have to check it out on the products page. Just add it to the cart and calculate shipping by selecting your country.

Alex, I'd really like white ambition shirts.
I know it wouldn't be hard to allocate white T-shirts.

to Illinois id say more than 5 days...it took over 2 weeks to get to Michigan
