Is this company a scam??

Postby sjantzi on Fri Dec 04, 2009 2:18 am

I ordered Nov 16th and I've received no communication from this company. They have my money and wont respond to my emails. This was an xmas gift and I have no idea if it'll show in time or not since no one will tell me anything.

No. This company is the most trust worthy snowskate brand there is, which is why your snowskate is taking so long, right as the boards were available for pre-order, many many orders were put in, and it is hard for ambition to keep up with the orders, they are a small company with a small staff, and are working very hard on the second batch of boards in order to supply every one of their customers with an amazing quality board.

I'm actually happy that ambition is getting so much orders. It's progressing the sport. The wait does suck though. :|

hey, its better than waiting mid january, no? this is the busiest time of the year for retail, and youll be so glad you waited rather than going with a premier or something else.

Sjanti, I seriously doubt you never got answer if you emailed alex more than once.

Alex is in front of his computer about 6 hours a day, and half of that is answering emails.

If you only emailed once, make sure you write the good adress and try a second time.

When did they say the team boards would be ready to ship out? I thought I heard Dec. 10th? Man I wish I had my board right now.

Around that date yes. They are getting finished up this week, and will be ready to ship at the end of the week. We're sending everything out in Xpress for no extra cost, so we compensate atleast a bit for the production delays. I'd be surprised I missed your e-mail, I try to answer all e-mails as quick as I can. Send me another one if you didn't get your answer.

We're growing very quickly, more than we had imagined. It seems Premier is out of business (nothing comfirmed, but that's what retailers are telling me) and the shops who used to carry Premier are turning to us for boards. We've been getting an overwhelming amount of orders in the past weeks, hence the extra time it's taking us to ship everything out. Although this is a problem, and it's causing you some inconvenience, I beleive this is great both for the company and sport. It's kind of like a new begining for snowskating, and I think this is only good news. Shops are hyped, they sell out easyly, the sport is growing. All of you who are active members in the snowskating community are pretty much the ones paying for it through ordering delays, but I'm glad you are all supportive and patient because this is what we need to succeed. Now that we're settled with the new production factory, we will be able to produce all summer in advance and make sure that next year everything flows oh so smoothly. So thanks again to all of you, and rest assured we're working like crazy to turn out as many boards as we can everyday.
