boxes are pretty easy. same with the shotgun as said above. a kicker/jump is fun too and not hard. usually you can find the materials or at most get everything new from home depot for less than $50.

The white material is usually melamine or puck board. Melamine is your cheapest option but you will have to replace it every season from my own experience.

Yeah melamine usually has to be replaced each year with my experiences too. This year I switched over to HDPE for my box tops (which essentially is puckboard). You might be able to locate a local plastic manufacturer and pick up a sheet. My 4'x8' 1/4'' HDPE ran me $85. It's worth it in the long run, but you definitely save some $$$ with melamine.

i bought a roll of puck board off the internet for like $40 from http://www.backyardrink.com this guy is good and has many different option (sheets, rolls etc.) i just layed 3 strips side by side (off my roll) for my 18 inch wide box. it seems to work well. you pay more but it slides like a charm
just my ideas

I've been makin set ups in my backyard for years. I got metal on one box but it gets sticky sometimes. I got this mad slippery shit off the walls in this bathroom on a job i did.. put that on another box never have to wax it! and its lasted 2 years so far and it was free. Got some rails and shit ive made for skateboarding i set up. Im thinkin of makin a rollercoaster box this year think thatd be pretty fun shit

Pic of the new set ups as of right now..
