I love shuv-its defiantly one of my favorite tricks. The main things that I find with them is to make sure you back foot is on the tip of the tail, for the maximum amount of pop. Then I put my front foot in the middle of the board, like for an ollie. If I want my pop shuv to be good I think about popping the board as straight up as possible, then guide it with my front foot. I try to keep the board in front of me so I can see it and get it to pop higher. Almost like kicking your feet in front of you, reaching for the catch. Bring you feet back down hard and stop it.
I hope this helps.

Thanks, I spent a bit of time making it so that it would suport my friend that is 320 pounds ;) I hope that Alex dosent mind that I laminated his stickers and embedded them into the brick design. I've had 4 people by boards since seeing my set up.
