Vegas Problem

Everytime i use vegas and import a song or use any file in vegas it automaticaly makes another shortcut of which is crap, is there anyway i can change something in vegas so it wont happen? This is what it looks like

Vegas does that on any computer. I don't find it so anyoying. If you're working on a projet with these clips, leave them there. When you're done, delete them.

Okay the problem is Sony Vegas is the "Premier SnowSkate" of Video editing for the PC, and Ambition would be Adobe Premier. Go Adobe Premier/Premier pro for PC
