What types of payments do you accept?

We accept credit cart payments (Visa, MasterCart, Discover, Amex) and Paypal account transfers.

I don't have a credit card or Paypal account, can I still order online?

In this particular case, please contact us to discuss the eventualities.

I do not live in Canada or USA, can I still order from your website?

Yes, Ambition accepts international orders. Simply select international when prompted for shipping while ordering. We will contact you back with final price as soon as possible.

How long will it take my board to arrive?

Shipping delays vary a lot depending how far you are from Quebec. Customers in Canada can expect shipping to take around 2-10 business days while American customers will have to wait around 7-12 business days (and even up to 16 days in Alaska). These are just guidelines though, as we have no control on postal service delays. Also, take note that shipping during holidays can be slowed down, so make sure you get your order in sooner than usual.

What is your privacy policy?

Ambition Snowskates will keep all the given information confidential. As payments are done through Paypal, please refer to their privacy policy for more information.

What are your returns/exchanges policy?

Refunds may be issued in particular situations. Please contact us if you are having issues.

Is there a product warranty?

We offer a 6 months warranty against any manufacturing defects, which does not include normal wear and tear. If your snowskate delaminates, cracks or snaps, please contact us with your name, full address, phone number and photos of the defective product. We will then evaluate the situation and gladly ship you another one free.

What are cookies and why do you use them?

Cookies are small files stored on your computer that websites use to keep information about the visitor. Most, if not all, websites with a shopping cart use cookies. We use them to keep track of the items in your cart, we don't store any sensitive data.
